Many a time, the person that people regard as the "perfect advisor" may not be that perfect afterall. They may know what they should do, how to deal with different situations but when faced with the problem themselves things become different. i regard myself as one.

When i hang up the phone just now.....something struck me...
I was talking to a friends, giving her advices and all, and she is one of the many friends that will call me when she is in trouble.
It's just today that i realised that things are pretty ironic.
Very often i tell my friends to do this, do that, make their feelings known and all. I don't know where the hell i learnt all these from??? ...just look what kind of example i'm setting? I blame it on everything and everyone that things are not working the way i want, only to realise that the way to make it work is to open up my mouth and TALK.

health hasn't been in good state recently.

Missed school again today due to a bad cramp and a swollen eye.

i've to thank my lovely gal for offering to skip school and to travel all the way from bukit timah to bring me to the doc, sweet sweet friend i have. my deepest apppreciation. Hugs.

Lots of work to catch up cuz been missing lessons.

My lecturers this sem suck.....big time....
wah...i'm really frustrated with the way they teach...
And my IS lecturer out of 3 lectures 2 lectures absent...what kind of shit is that?

During lesson today

I was trying to figure out what she was teaching and got really fed up....
Me: " Is she speaking my language??"
Me: " How come i don't seem to understand what she is trying to say?"
This is serious....i'm not exaggerating....

My eye was swollen like a gold fish's the day before.
The pus came out at night and it hurts so much that i couldn't open my eye.
I started crying( ok...i know that's embarrassing)...then monster called..

Me:" i can't open my eye, it hurts!!!! i think i'm going to be blind soon!!!" *weep*
(think he must have controlled his laughter quite well)
Me: "what if i go blind....how??????????" (cry again)
Me: " how??????"
I needed so much assurance before i can go to bed, with my eye still closed

i realised i'm such a cry baby :(
my eye is getting better now, hopefully it will be back to normal tml.

It has been almost 1 week, and i still can't adapt to the morning classes. As usual....i sleep late= late for school. I think i'm excusable to a certain extend, after all how many people you know takes 1.5 hour to travel to school everyday :(

Ho Ho Ho....santa claus is coming to town. I'm so so busy over the week. Naomi msged me that day saying that my shopping is never ending. Indeed, it is...too many sales going around and i guess she has caught my shopping disease...wahaha...

Weekend was spent doing my dress fitting and photo shoot, and after stopping those photoshooting and shows for so long (the last time i did a one day shoot was 3 years back), it's really tiring.....

Alright, for those who don't know i was approached by this party organiser to join this upcoming pagaent at Zouk while i doing my shopping. To cut things short, i did a check on their sponsors and agreed with the offer....till now, everything is quite professionally (compared to the other contest/events i joined) carried out. And i'm really sorry for all my sweet friends, cuz again there will be sms voting. But i know u all love me ya? wahahaha.....

It was during my secondary school times that i noticed this gal, featured in my then fav magazines like teens or teenage. I thought she look great, despite not having double eyelids so when she got famous i immediately noticed the difference in her eyes. It was only recently that someone from this particular forum posted her previous pictures and pointed out that she did mutiple surgeries before she entered the entertainment industry.

It's Fiona Xie that i'm talking about here.

Been out like everyday day since the last paper and i'm SO loving it....it's the time of the year to catch up with my lovely friendsss....and of course to shop (omg there are like so many sales going on *faint*).... till drop.

Yesterday

was suppose to be a "michele birthday celebration cum gathering"

but it turned out to be "SM2 dinner", thanks to her (sorry mic)...Oh-so-big-shot bf.

We( SM2) were like late for less than 30 min, cuz we wanna collect Mic's present but that Mr big shot just got angry and stormed off and mic msg to called off the meeting. To think that it's not even his birthday and we are not like asking him to wait for us in some ulu forest where he can't walk around first. Unless he's really that boring that nothing interest him.

So these 3 stupid gals who were on our way, with the presents rushing after work( the 2Ms) from the East all the way to Bugis just to have DINNER on our own....oh...that's

5th day into the holiday. And everyday has been fruitful, with me doing things that i haven't been doing for the past few monthssss....

Recently i realised i'm very scare of ppl that are duper nice to me ( in particular guys)
Not the gals whom i knew for long of course
Nice as frd is okay, afterall gals are meant to be treated gently and nicely....
but once i realised things are not right, in my definitions, i'll change my attitude totally.

My health is getting worst recently...
due to my irregular diet...
I ate this small portion of rice ytd (for ur info, i haven't had rice for more than a week)
and ended up being very very full, nausea and all that.... keep going to the ladies, efforts to throw up were in vain ( i swear i nv force myself to vomit but just that it felt so uncomfortable that i feel like vomiting but nothing came out though).
Those gross scenes in Saw4 make things worst.
Here i'm duper guilty for wasting one day ytd, instead of clearing all my questions.
I swear i'm going to get it done by tonight, even if it means no sleeeeepppp (before 2am i mean)
no sleep is a torture man.

Exam is in 2 weeks, 13 days to be exact.... i'm trying hard to concentrate....though my mind always start wandering after a while.

Progress has been good so far, at least better than the past few sems, cuz i've more time for myself , no tuitions ( though it's going to start like very soon), no entertainments. wahahaha....that's what a boring life i'm leading now :( notes, books and notes again...oh ya, not forgetting those mindmaps....

Mindmapping conference is in this week, and i saw that hugggggggeeeeeeee.....world largest mindmap today....when i was walking and i wondering which idiot did that... i saw our adorable friend studying at those benches....

I'm into my 5th day of liquid diet. Getting used to it , but still constantly hungry.
Wound doesn't seem to heal, cuz it's still kind of bleeding. Maybe cuz i've been talking too much.

I spent my deepavali, "roasting" myself....opppsss....not so that i can celebrate with the hmmm...blacks.......wahahaha...

I can't rem when was the last time i spent time under the sun for that long....3 solid hours!!!!!

I was given 5 days MC
By right i can stay at home and shake leg for 5 days...
*dreaming*.....
Exam is in few weeks, i reckon i can't miss any lesson.
So here i'm...in school. alone. *weep* i can't talk anyway.

The numbness is beginning to subside, meaning...i'm starting to feel the pain.
when i tried eating the pain killer just now, every mouth i swallow= pain.
so conclusion, i'm a hungry and thristy gal now, eating and drinking is difficult.
But i've a nice homemade porridge now sitting in my bag, so later i can eat. Don't envy wor *grin*

This morning.
Woke up at 6am, rush down to NDC, but my surgeon was late....meanings more wild thoughts ran thru my mind while waiting.
Nevertheless, he's a nice nice surgeon.
Injections were duper PAINFUL, but i never cry...cuz BIG GALS DON"T CRY (though my nick last time, was cry babe) wahahaaha.....

Oh ya, i only did the right two teeth cuz the surgeon was worried that i may not be able to eat ( luckily too, cuz i can't imagine having 4 teeth out)
And i realised today that my wisdom teeth are quite well taken care of. quite clean wor....wahaha....thought a bit disgusting. Will upload pic soon. Hee

My face is now kind of swollen, have that cap help to tone it down a little.

Me:" the kind of feeling of having to come back to school on weekend, then when i walk out everywhere is so quiet. I hate it when i 've to rush for tuition after school, but now i don't have tuition, i also hate it. sometimes i just think i'm weird."

Then i was suppose to study.
But i ended up.....

IN A SHOPPING SPREEE.....alone...
yes i shopped alone at orchard, doing everything that i like, from books, to skincare to clothes....

Had a sudden migraine attack in school while doing my assignment. All these while i thought the condition was in control until that day. The pain was so bad that i left the group, rushed home and locked myself up in the room, refusing all calls. Though, i did woke up in the middle of the night but slept for more than 15 hours all the way to the next morning, waking up feeling weak.

That was Tuesday.

Then wednesday and thursday.

Nothing significant happened, just at i feel much better today (usually after an attack, i'll feel weak for like a week, though i nv show)

NOW

I'm in the midst of finishing my assignments.
This semster all assignments relatively easy as compared to last. Nevertheless, i'm still putting in my best efforts, the gals too, i believe. :)
Did i ever tell you i'm grateful to have u all in my group, though at times i do get some headaches, and you do get some yellings. But bottom line is, we are efficient and we know WE ARE THE BEST, isn't it?

But from these assignments, i also saw the ugliness in some people. Maybe that's how ppl will become under competition, after all.... the "fittest" survive. The inverted commas are there cuz i don't regard these means as "FIT". It is through proper means of winning that i will respect. Cuz to me they are just losers who can't use their BRAINS (if they do have, i guess it must be rusty) to think. i'm just so DAMN DISGUSTED!

NEXT WEEK
okay, i'm feeling panicky now. Cuz surgery is in 2 days time. And my only consolation is my Marche icecream on Sunday :) ....my little moral support to make sure that i remain a strong gal throughout the surgery. Big gals don't cry.

Actually... i think i'm more like the one that is emo. Don't know why i had this sour-y feeling, having said that. I forced a smile though.

Having taught her for 2 whole years, seeing her cry and helpless with her school work( her mum too) .from one that scores one digit mark to a gal who is all ready for the next day's battle. Time flies. Like the chinese saying "tian xia mei you bu shang de yan xi"

Caught up with old friends and met new ones.
But still manage to get my 8 hours sleep everyday though.

I received a call from fade just now....

"i went for interview just now and they expect me to write chinese...."

i was like...since she is interviewing for a customer service job, of course there is a need to be billingual. So i didn't think there is anything wrong with that, except that...maybe...her chinese...really CMI...wahaha..

then she go on and on

" wei...they expect me to translate this sentence- There is a newly renovated three storey bangalow available for sale now. and write it in chinese...."

i paused for a moment, all the while i think my chinese is good, then i recalled going into the chinese exam hall rushing my chinese compo in 45 min( with lots of blanks of course) and busy taking another 45 min to check the dictionary (mind you, we don't use those electronics dictionaries. that's for the info of some foreigners) in order to FILL IN THE BLANKS.

I guess Chinese( not only Mandarin) is becoming increasingly important these days.

Conclusion: I need to start writing!!!!! :(

And FYI, i'm really really happy now. Cuz it's has been a long time since i wanted something that BADLY....(shall keep u guys in suspense for now.....)

and i really do "hate ugly things" (no offence, but i love all my friends)

Over the months, i've neglected myself quite abit. be it for school or for work it doesn't matter.

Now that the brand new sem 4 has started....

i'm gonna set my goal, not only for school, but for myself too.

1) To lose at least 4 kg, of the 6 kg, that i put on since the day i step into school, reasonable ya?

So for now i've to work 1 hour everyday (i did mine today) and gym 2 times a week.

No more sweetened drinks :(

oppppssss......i think i suddenly think i shouldn't continue stuffs i aim to do with my skincare regime, else i gonna bored guys to death. but over all i need to achieve....

2) better and fairer skin by sleeping more (wahahaha...) and following my skincare regime.

After so long i finally started exercising....goshhh...i really think i should kick start with something man. After all the drinking, clubbing, sitting, sleeping Zzzzz....i need to get in shape for school. Got my hair done, my notes collected ( but not yet read, guess i've to try to learn some CHI-NA attitude, but thanks for collecting and sending to my place though)

Damn...Blogger is experiencing problem ....can't load anymore photos. i've alot of pics to load though. only managed to get a few up. Yesterday went Clark Quay to celebrate the mid autumn festival. I failed to carry my hello kitty lantern (thanks to someone), replaced with some traditional lantern, but consider it's for charity, still not too bad :)

I'm into my last second week of holiday, and i'm still achieving (pratically) nothing.

Oh well, besides settling my internet connection, sourcing out for a lappy (with the help of a kind soul, tim) and helping Dinesh with his sup, guess i haven't done much.

My plan is to finish up Kiyosaki's 3rd and 4th book before the school term start. I'm into the 4th ....but haven't touched the 3rd though, cuz i just got hold of it today

(after much effort) at Kino. And i'm so eager to finish it.......

Photo's not up cuz i haven't been taking, though there are some waiting to be uploaded (from my last BKK trip) but i'm just so lazy. I've been sleeping like 12 hours everyday, guess that's how much sleep i'm deprived of during school days, and just yesterday i pig-ed out for like 14 hours, unable to drag myself out of bed. i tried. really. i really did. :(

I don't know whether i've fully recover (cuz i'm still feeling tire now and then) but i can say that my appetite is coming back and i started hmmmm.....drinking....all missy Shar fault for bringing that bottle of Chivas. And mambo is on the plan. See ya soon *evil grin*

I was ( in fact am) down with headache, flu, sorethroat....
and i spent like 23 hours yesterday on bed.
Resting, reading n dozing then sleeping...feeling so damn lethargic n weak.

3rd day 3pm thailand time.

Just came back from another shopping trip.

Jeff is still having high fever, almost fainted yesterday, so fade volunteer to take care of him(cuz she always complain i walk too long), and so they are at the hospital now.

Really poor thing, he's sick since the 1st day and tml morning he will be flying back, alone.

Melissa spent the morning with me. shopping.

And so i'm broke now.

Think have to change most money, guess it's ok, i worked hard last 2 months, so have to play( or rather buy) hard this few days.

The things here are so usually, so so so cheap as compared to sing.

I stocked up like a whole life time worth of eyeslashes(wahaha...abit kua zhang). hmmm...like 50 pairs of nice nice lashes and you would love to know that it cost...only only like 90 cents, quality comparable to the ones i brought at The face shop wor. So this post is for those who check out my blog daily, if u wanna stock up. sms me by tonight. wahahah

Day 2 morning

Just finished my breakfast.

Yesterday was a tiring day, never slept the whole night, took a 2 hour flight (luckily it was only 2 hours) and here i'm at bangkok.

First stop was to Chatuchak market ucz our missy fade here never been there before, hmmm...personally i think that place is too hot for me and i never get anything much.

Our little 19 yr old melissa (fade's cousin) went missing there, or rather lost her way, and tokk us like an hour to communicate the msg and found her. This daring young gal can walk miles alone in a foreign place not realsing that she might not know the way back, just because of SHOPPING.

After which we went back to the hotel so that she can sleep. And off we went to MBK....and on the way i went praying , while jeffy and fade watch. We meet this guy that suppose to be very kind and turn out to be some idiot with some plot. We elaborate futher(cuz missy fade is waiting for me staring at the receptionist while i blog, must keep the story short...hee)

Night was spent eating at MBK, nice nice sushi and donuts.

And massage for me, poor shar have to endure the pain( which i don't know why) while i enjoy. So today is jeffy turn to accompany me, and hopefully he can make it. Cuz he's sick :(

and so there is only 1 person going shopping with me now. mel is still sleeping(it's 7am btw) while jeffy is back to his room to rest. Get well soon dude, if not no one to carry my bags for me le :(

And i just realised i haven't done any "homework" for this trip...

Exam is finally over.....
and i'm still recharging myself.
That period was the worst time of my days, very very stressful this semester.

Alright let me recapped what happened during the few weeks of "disappearance"...
there were lots and lots of assignments....
The CAs were tough this sem. Almost killed me with 7 assignments in 7 weeks and 3 modules.
Over all CAs results was pretty okay (though i hope i could have been better) with...
A for Human Resource
B+ for Mangerial accounting and
A+ for marketing

then it came the exams....which ended two days ago
hmmmm....exam were ok for MA and marketing, but my HR, really bad....haizzz... was sick, so ya..nothing seem to get in...and there goes my straight As again :(

And prior to that was lots and lots of mugging and late nights, so that explains why my skin is in a terrible condition now. I need my facial done soon!!!!
Having fell sick that period not only made me lethargic but also emotionally weak, sometimes i really don't feel like studying anymore, but i struggled through though....with the help of some sweetest friends around me, one of which bought a SUPER big BAO for me for breakfast (trying to be funny ya, Missy stone) but overall they are sweet...sweet....candy pies...hee.

Okay, i can officially say i've cleared all my CAs.

This, marks the end of my first battle and the start of my second.

So now, i just need a day or two to pay back my sleep payable (i've been sleeping less than 5hours every day for the past 8 days, and i miss my bed at home*wept*) then prepare for my next battle-EXAM! in 2 weeks....

grrrrrhhhhhhhhh......

after which thailand here i come!!!!! i think i deserve that trip man.

Ask me what day is it now, and i need to take a few more seconds to think,

cuz everyday is almost the same to me,

work, work and work.

The only think i can remember is datelines and exam dates.

For the past one week that i'm away(from the blog i mean), many things have happened....like how i was "sexually harrassed" by this old, ugly, dirty pervert on a bus. how someone's shopping trip turn out to be mine, how my bro indirectly accused me of spoiling his com( yes, i'm just so petty)

And so my bro's com is down, and i'm so so reluctant to fix up mine....so= no entries.

Besides, i'm just too busy to do any other things. school, assignments, tuitionssss. Enough to suffocate me.

I always remember how i get so damn motivated by Adam Khoo during my secondary school days, and later begin buying every single book he publishes (yes, till now)
Recently, i dug them out of my book shelf and i introduced them to Duckie. I too started re-reading his works and blog which never fail to inspire me.

I still think it's my fault.
If not for sending me back, he wouldn't have got into that accident, that left him with an unrepairable car.
At 2am that night (14 june, what a day?), Duckie was on his way home after sending me back....
And according to him, he was trying to avoid a motorcyclist when the car skidded 360 degree, hitting the road divider head on. Car crashed. He is traumatised since then.
The lucky thing is that, he had escaped uninjured ( which is an amazing thing isn't it? God blessed i guess)

After 16 hours marathon yesterday.
I came back from airport...worst than a panda.

For two person to get together, there is bound to be some factors that this opposite has, that attracts you.

Many a times, these two person will be on par....be it in terms of character, appearance, intelligence, background etc....

To a large extend, i agreed with that saying.

But how come i still see some gals falling deep in love with some guys that aren't even worthy of them?

Changing themselves just to please him.

Sacrificing their youth just to keep the relationship going.

Is that what we call "blinded by love'?

Were you...or rather are you guilty of that?

Have these gals forgotten that there is such thing call "self-worth"?

Why do we have to settle for something less

when we know we deserve something more?

It's not about how much he can provide now if he loves you.

It's about....

if he loves you now, how much is he willing to put in to make sure you are provided for ( cuz he won't want you to suffer) in future.

This is the person that truly deserves you.

Yes! All assignments cleared.
But it also means, exams are on their way.... :(
Before burying myself into books again. Think i've to start taking care of myself first.
So here i'm typing while doing my mask and hair treatment.
I haven't been to Fitness First for more than 1 week, and i can feel my stamina dipping....
Meanwhile, think i've to break my no clubbing spell again. Just for the sake of Mel.
In a way, it's a chance for me to catch with friends before i "appear" for another 3 weeks
So ya, I gonna have fun. Especially when u gals are looking forward to seeing me. *shy*

Received a msg from miao that day, finally a SM3 gathering ya?
I really can't confirm yet, but i really hope i can make it.
And just a little update, For SM3...
Sharlene been asking me to celebrate my birthday with her this year.
Her birthday falls on the 2nd and mine on the 7th, just in case u don't know.
So in order to keep my promise, i've decided to fix it tentatively on 3rd (sunday).
I shall keep it tentative, in case there are objections.
It will be solely for SM3 n SOs n Shar that day, just to keep the group as small as possible.
For my other friends.... we'll plan again k.
See...i'm so organise this year ya?

Stupid gastric.....it's killing me
Not enough sleep is bad enough and now.....*weep*

For the past two days, i've been sleeping for less than 6 hours, and i'm really really tire.
If you don't already know. The worst thing that can happen to me is to be deprive of sleep, and if i really am.... you better not come near me.. cuz i'll be irritated easily. In fact i think i am now.

After tml, all assignments will be cleared.
There are so many things i want to do!!!
But guess the most important think is to hibernate Zzzzz...heee

Someone teased me and suggested that i put up schedule and
my free slots for online booking. Cuz i'm always so busy.
Grhhhh.... i told him it is a good suggestion. But....Hmmm..... still can't decide what style to adopt...

Just barely one month and I've neglected myself....

Today, i've decided to stop procrastinating and do something constructive...
Headed down to fitness first after lesson for some good workout.
Surprisingly, the AMK outlet isn't as bad as i though, except that there are more aunties as compared to the one at Paragon. other than that everything is good.
Another 4 hours was spent at McDonalds clearing all my work and doing my plannings.
It's 3am now....
This week seems to past fast....
or am i packed with too many activities that i didn't even realise that the time is flying?
At times, i hope i can slow down my pace...to look at things around me...to appreciate them ...to enjoy the journey. But guess I'm too badly infected the virus, the "Singaporean Virus" ....whereby efficiency matters more than anything else.
